In 1993, Robert Link joined the company as a property manager and currently oversees the property management operations of S&L Real Estate, Inc. while working in tandem with his sister, Elizabeth Koch. Robert is the managing broker and holds the California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) designation from the California Apartment Association.
Today, the property management portfolio has expanded to over 350 units and growing.
S&L Real Estate, Inc. maintains active membership in the San Francisco Apartment Association (SFAA) and San Francisco Board of Realtors. Robert recently rejoined the SFAA Board of Directors, a position that he has served 12 years, 4 of which as the board president.
SFAA is a pro housing lobbyist organization that works to maintain the rights and educate the property owners community on best industry practices while working in conjunction with CAA, the industry leader at the state level.
Robert is also actively involved in the city’s sales market representing buyers, sellers, and investors both ethically and diligently in the pursuit of the perfect new home, commercial space, or residential investment property.

Robert Link joined the company in 1993 as a property manager and later became a principal in 2005. He currently oversees the daily operations of S&L Realty in both sales and property management divisions.
Robert currently holds the CA Bureau of Real Estate broker’s license #01200902 and the California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) designation from the California Apartment Association. Robert is dedicated to superior service to all clients and residents.

Robert served 12 years on the board of directors of the SFAA and 4 of those years as the Board President 2010-2014.
Robert is currently serving the 5th year on the board of directors for California Apartment Association (CAA), the multifamily lobby group serving the interests of rental property owners and their residents throughout the state of California. He serves as head of the Rent Control and Taxation subcommittees.
Robert is also actively involved in the sales and brokerage sector focused in San Francisco and Oakland representing buyers, sellers, and investors both ethically and diligently in the pursuit of the perfect new home, residential investment property, and add value project. He has completed over 100 sales transactions and $115M in total transaction dollars.

The accounting team of BCI Accounting handles all payable and receivables at S&L PM. Monthly P&L reports are generated and distributed to our management clients in easy to read Quickbooks format. BCI also handles all quarterly gross receipts tax calculation, CCSF business license filings, and year end 1099 issuance for all vendors. They have a thorough understanding of the property management business model and we have been working with them for over 12 years!
